- Drop-Off & Setup:Our team arrives at least two hours before your event start time
• Client Control: You or your caterer provide your own alcohol, ice, cups mixers and staff, ensuring flexibility and cost control.
• Pickup: Once the celebration ends, we’ll return to collect the truck—no hassle, no stress.
Understanding Virginia’s Simple Licensing Rules. We do not provide alcohol, although we may eventually if we partner up with a licensed partner. If we introduce you to a licensed provider you work directly with them.

Free Delivery & Extended Service Area
- Free Delivery:We offer free delivery within 10 miles of Richmond, VA, covering most of the metro area.
• Extended Service Area: Events between Charlottesville and Williamsburg but well outside of greater Richmond are welcome. Events beyond the 10-mile radius will include a flatbed towing surcharge. Towing rates vary from $500 to $1,000 round trip, depending on distance. There’s no delivery charge for Richmond locations.
